Ho Chi Minh City - The Inspection Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee has just announced the discipline of 8 violating party members, including 4 cases of expulsion and 4 cases of warning.

The City Party Committee's Inspection Committee decided to impose disciplinary action in the form of expulsion from the Party for 2 party members: Mr. Hoang Van Tan - Secretary of the Party Committee, former Acting Principal of the Central College of Transport III and Mr. Vu Duc Thieu - former Secretary of the Party Committee, former Chairman of the Council of the Central College of Transport III.

These two people have violated Party regulations, State laws, violated things that party members are not allowed to do and regulations on exemplary responsibility; have acts of abusing positions and powers while performing official duties. Violations are identified as very serious, losing the prestige of themselves, the Party organization and the agency and unit where they work.

Along with that, the City Party Committee's Inspection Committee advised the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee to consider and implement disciplinary action in the form of expulsion from the Party for Mr. Tran Tan Ba - former member of the Executive Committee of Tan Binh District Party Committee (formerly), former Director of Tan Binh District Public Service One Member Limited Company.

Mr. Tran Tan Ba was determined to have violated the Party's regulations and the State's laws; not performing or not fully performing the assigned tasks in monitoring and coordinating the organization of recovering assets used illegally, causing loss of state assets. The violation caused very serious consequences, adversely affecting the prestige of the Party organization and individuals.

The City Party Committee's Inspection Committee also decided to expeish Mr. Le Tuan Anh - former member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, former Secretary of the Party Cell, former Head of An Phu Ward Police - from the Party for violating Party regulations and State laws; abusing positions and powers while performing official duties, violating regulations on exemplary responsibility of cadres and party members.

Implementing the request of the Central Inspection Committee, the Inspection Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee advised the Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee to review the process and decide on disciplinary action against 4 party members who used to work in Binh Duong province (formerly).

The Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee has decided to discipline Warning for these 4 party members, replacing the form of Reprimand issued by the Standing Committee of the Binh Duong Provincial Party Committee (formerly), including:

Mr. Vo Hong Bao - Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Department of Administrative Management of Social Order, Ho Chi Minh City Police, former Secretary of the Party Committee, former Head of Ben Cat City Police.
