Therefore, during the suspension period, Chairman of Lien Minh Commune People's Committee Phan Phu Seng requested Mr. Lu Van Suy to focus on directing the inspection, review and completion of the handling records of all administrative violations in the area assigned to him for direct management.
Including the land leveling project of Mr. Phan Dao Chan, handling the owners of Phan Phu Phay, Phan Sanh Guyen, Tan Van Nhan factories located in Nam Cang village and other violating projects before December 31.
