After a period of serious illness, although the Party, the State, a collective of leading professors and doctors in the industry devotedly treated him, and his family wholeheartedly took care of him, due to his old age, he became seriously ill. passed away at 13:38 on July 19, 2024 (June 14, Giap Thin year), at Central Military Hospital 108, Hanoi, at the age of 80.
During nearly 60 years of work, you have made many great and especially outstanding contributions to the glorious revolutionary cause of the Party and the nation. He was awarded the Gold Star Medal by the Party and State, the 55-year Party membership badge and many other noble orders and medals from Vietnam and internationally.
