Dear teenagers and children!
On the occasion of the 2026 Mid-Autumn Festival, I cordially send to teenagers and children in the country and abroad, and foreign children in Vietnam the most affectionate and loving feelings.
When Mid-Autumn Festival comes, the children eagerly wait for the moon to rise again, together carrying lanterns, watching lion dances, breaking feasts, listening to the fairy tales of Uncle Cuoi, Sister Hang... Under the moonlight, there is the clear laughter of friends, the warm embrace of family and the simple joys that make up childhood.
I hope each Mid-Autumn Festival will leave in the hearts of the children a beautiful and dear memory.
Today, children from all over the country live in better conditions. Whether growing up in bustling streets or remote villages, border areas or islands, each child deserves a peaceful childhood, going to school, being protected and loved.
I always pay special attention to children in remote areas, border areas, islands, ethnic minority areas and places with many difficulties. Not letting any child lack care, not letting any circumstances take away the joy and innocent dreams of childhood.
The country places its faith in the generation of children, the future owners. Children, please be obedient, do well the 5 things Uncle Ho taught, respect, be polite, be filial to grandparents, parents, teachers; unite, love friends; study hard, exercise, nurture compassion, love for the homeland and constantly improve.
I believe that, with the love and responsibility of family, teachers and the whole society, the children will grow up, learn many good things, righteousness, do many good deeds, follow in the footsteps of their fathers and brothers, and contribute to building the homeland and country of Vietnam.
I cordially send to all of you the most loving feelings. Wishing you always good health, obedient, good at studying, celebrating the Mid-Autumn Festival 2026 joyfully, safely, and usefully. Wishing every child a full, meaningful, memorable Mid-Autumn Festival and faith in the good things waiting ahead.
