Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh has just signed Decision No. 1221/QD-TTg changing the members of the Prime Minister's Administrative Procedure Reform Working Group.
Accordingly, Mr. Nguyen Viet Hung, Deputy Minister of Ministry of Construction, became a member of the Working Group to replace Mr. Nguyen Van Sinh, Deputy Minister of Ministry of Construction.
The above Decision comes into force from the date of signing (October 21, 2024).
The Prime Minister's Administrative Procedure Reform Working Group is an inter-sectoral coordination organization, performing the function of assisting the Prime Minister in directing and urging ministries, branches and localities to implement goals, tasks and solutions on administrative procedure reform, strengthening administrative discipline and order and improving policy response capacity.
The task of the Working Group is to assist the Prime Minister in directing and urging the implementation of goals, tasks and solutions on administrative procedure reform at ministries, branches and localities according to documents, programs, plans and projects issued by the Government and the Prime Minister.
Timely grasp and assist the Prime Minister in directing the handling of reports and recommendations from individuals, organizations and the Prime Minister's Advisory Council on Administrative Procedure Reform on difficulties and obstacles of enterprises and people regarding mechanisms, policies and administrative procedures that are barriers to production and business activities of enterprises and people's lives.
Regularly or suddenly work with the Prime Minister's Advisory Council on Administrative Procedure Reform and the business community, individuals and related organizations to listen to, identify difficulties and problems and promptly direct their removal.
At the same time, assist the Prime Minister in directing the strengthening of discipline, administrative order and improving the policy response capacity of ministries, branches and localities.
Research and propose to the Prime Minister initiatives and solutions to promote administrative procedure reform, strengthen administrative discipline and order, improve policy response capacity and perform other tasks assigned by the Prime Minister.
