On the morning of October 15, at the Government headquarters, Politburo member, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and Politburo member, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man co-chaired a conference of the Government Party Committee with the National Assembly Party Delegation on the 8th Session of the 15th National Assembly.
Speaking at the opening of the conference, the Prime Minister said that the number of contents submitted to the National Assembly at the 8th Session was very large, in which the Government proposed to submit to the National Assembly for consideration and approval of 15 draft laws and give opinions on 10 draft laws.
The Prime Minister re-emphasized the Central Committee's viewpoint at the recent 10th Conference: "Only discuss action, not retreat", in the context of the world situation with many complicated and difficult developments, we must work harder, be more active, accelerate, break through more, and be more determined.
The Prime Minister also stated that the spirit of the Central Government is decentralization and delegation of power along with resource allocation, strengthening the implementation capacity of all levels, and strengthening supervision and inspection.
