The Prime Minister emphasized that the signing of cooperation documents with Tsinghua University by the three leading universities of Vietnam, Hanoi National University, Ho Chi Minh City National University and National Economics University on this occasion not only contributes to promoting cooperation between the two sides, but also opens up valuable opportunities for Vietnamese students, lecturers and researchers to increase access to advanced knowledge, especially the outstanding scientific achievements of Tsinghua University.

The Prime Minister emphasized that with the traditional concept of "talent is a national resource", the Party and State of Vietnam attach great importance to and always identify education as "the top national policy".
The 13th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam has identified human resource development, especially high-quality human resources, as one of three strategic breakthroughs for rapid and sustainable national development.
In particular, the Vietnamese Politburo recently decided to exempt all tuition fees for students from preschool to high school in public schools nationwide, implemented from the beginning of the new school year 2025 - 2026; this policy demonstrates the superiority of the socialist regime and the policy of ensuring fairness in access to education, "leaving no one behind".
The Prime Minister suggested that in the coming time, Tsinghua University continue to increase exchanges and cooperation with training institutions and research agencies of Vietnam, allocate more scholarships, learning and research opportunities for lecturers, students, scientists and experts from Vietnam to study and improve their qualifications.
