At the reception, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh congratulated Texhong Group on expanding investment in Quang Ninh and Dong Nai in recent years.
The Prime Minister hopes that Texhong will expand in-depth investment, produce raw and auxiliary materials for Vietnam, organize fashion shows and expand Hai Ha Industrial Park (Quang Ninh).
The Prime Minister assessed that Quang Ninh has the highest growth rate, and this achievement has the contribution of investors, including Texhong.
Emphasizing that Vietnam - China relations are developing well, the Prime Minister affirmed that he will create a favorable environment for Texhong to invest in Vietnam, especially in in-depth investment, application of science and technology, innovation, digital transformation, and green production.
Chairman of Texhong Group Hong Thien Chuc said that in 2025, the group achieved revenue of 3.5 billion USD and investment in Vietnam reached nearly 2 billion USD. Texhong has called on 34 Chinese enterprises to invest 3 billion USD, attracting 16,000 Vietnamese workers and in 2025 paid 18 million USD in taxes. Hai Ha Industrial Park has built an ecosystem for textile and garment production, becoming an important link in the world's production chain.
Texhong is interested in digital development, green development and wishes to invest in border-crossing industrial parks, interested in energy development, and oriented investment in data centers, digital technology, artificial intelligence (AI) and textiles.
The Chairman of Texhong Group hopes that the Vietnamese Government will support the development of green energy such as traditional energy and wind power, and affirmed that it will meet green standards in input energy to meet export standards.
Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh welcomed Texhong's expansion of investment scale to other fields, especially databases. The Prime Minister said that all ministries, branches, and localities in Vietnam must build databases, ensuring "correct, sufficient, clean, living, unified common use", therefore, he strongly encouraged Texhong to invest in this field. The Prime Minister also said that Texhong's development strategy must be consistent with Vietnam's development strategy to resonate and create efficiency.
In the immediate future, Texhong needs to promote the achievements of the textile and garment industry participating in the global value chain and continue to support Vietnamese businesses participating in this value chain of the group. The Prime Minister affirmed that this is a very promising industry because Vietnam is a market with great demand.
With Texhong's experience, the Prime Minister proposed that it is necessary to create a fashion performance brand, initially organizing large fashion shows in Quang Ninh.
Chairman Texhong agreed with the Prime Minister's idea of organizing fashion shows. Initially, experts and directors will be invited to work with Quang Ninh province to study organizing events in Ha Long, thereby contributing to the development of Quang Ninh tourism.
The Prime Minister believes that Quang Ninh also has potential in wind power and can support Texhong in this field. In the coming time, Quang Ninh will invest in border economic zones, study opening more border gates, invest in building more bridges and roads, especially Bac Luan 3 bridge. Quang Ninh is also developing and connecting to Guangdong and Guangxi because of its advantage of bordering the Chinese market; not to mention there will be a railway line connecting China through Quang Ninh.
