On August 4, according to information from the General Department of Logistics and Engineering (GD) from the evening of August 3 to the early morning of August 4, the General Department of GD under the Ministry of National Defense organized a training course on practical driving for mobile forces, weapons, and technical equipment to synthesize forces, perform parade and parade tasks at Ba Dinh Square.
Major General Nguyen Que Lam - Director of the Department of Motorbikes and Transport (General Department of Electricity and Electricity) chaired the training session. The training session also provided road reconnaissance for drivers, military artillery vehicle crews of the Ministry of National Defense; special vehicles of the Ministry of Public Security; drivers carrying forces participating in parades, parades of the commuting, standing and Cavalry groups.
The training participants are cadres, commanders, military artillery vehicles, service vehicles of the Ministry of National Defense and special vehicles of the Ministry of Public Security; drivers and vehicles serving the forces participating in the parade and parade to prepare for the 80th Anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2 (mission A80).
Implementing the plan, the forces are focusing on training at the National Military Training Center 4 and other locations, and have organized practical training on force and vehicle mobile driving.
The forces have gone on 4 main routes in blocks, on each training route, they have identified Ba Dinh Square to conduct training, preliminary approval, and general approval of parades and marches.
The competent authorities of the General Department of Electricity and Communications have closely coordinated with agencies and units of the Ministry of Public Security on the time and route of the convoy passing through each checkpoint and traffic adjustment station to ensure safety.
By 3:00 a.m. on August 4, the mobile training tasks of the forces had completed their tasks well, ensuring absolute safety in all aspects.
Major General Nguyen Que Lam acknowledged and commended the forces for successfully completing the task of training force mobility.
During the process of training practical drivers, agencies and units specifically deploy, coordinate, and cooperate closely and safely on the organization and methods of mobilizing forces and vehicles, deploy forces to ensure technical safety according to plan, strictly comply with regulations and discipline.
Major General Nguyen Que Lam noted that after the training session, commanders and drivers must have a firm grasp of the formation order, distance, speed, and mobile time; location of deployment of technical assurance teams; location of gathering forces, weapons, and technical equipment before and after performing the parade and parade mission.
At the same time, the forces need to do a good job of preparing, strictly complying with the law, military discipline, regulations of the parade and parade subcommittee and ensuring absolute safety throughout the performance of the task.
