Recently, General Nguyen Tan Cuong - Member of the Party Central Committee, Member of the Central Military Commission, Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army (VPA), Deputy Minister of National Defense - inspected and summarized the first training of armed forces to prepare for the parade and parade to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2.
General Nguyen Tan Cuong said that with the significance and stature of the Commemoration Ceremony event, in recent times, the agencies, units of the Army and the Police have thoroughly grasped and seriously implemented the training of parading and parade blocks to participate in the commemoration ceremony.
According to General Nguyen Tan Cuong, in this parade formation, not only the appeared of military artillery vehicles and police special forces, but also air forces and sea forces, demonstrating the continuous growth of the people's armed forces over the past 80 years.
On July 26, according to information from the Navy, the Coast Guard parade will be held in Khanh Hoa province, with the participation of the forces: Navy, Vietnam Coast Guard, Border Guard and Military Region 5.
In which, the Navy's forces and vehicles play a core role, with the participation of the Kilo 636 Submarine, the water surface ship force, the Navy Air Force and other specialized units.

According to the Navy, in the past, units participating in the parade have developed detailed plans; selected elite forces; organized in-depth training on each ship; trained parade rituals at the wharf, such as: Swallowing flags; practicing the movement of formations and companies; handling situations at sea, practicing on maps, tables and moving to the wharf.
Currently, all vehicles, weapons, equipment, and equipment for the parade have been carefully inspected and maintained, ensuring the best technical condition, and being ready to serve the mission in real conditions.
At the working session with units participating in the parade of the armed forces at sea, Rear Admiral Nguyen Van Bach, Deputy Commander - Chief of Staff of the Navy - requested the forces and coordinating units to strictly comply with discipline; strictly manage the number of troops; ensure absolute safety throughout the performance of tasks; organize logistics and technical work well, especially ensuring the technical condition of ships, boats, equipment and equipment during the training and participation in the parade.
The parade on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2 had the full participation of forces, including ground forces, mechanical forces, air and underwater forces. The on-land parade force of the Army and Police includes 43 front blocks, 18 standing blocks with more than 15,600 soldiers.
