Based on Article 44 of Decree No. 152/2025/ND-CP dated June 14, 2025 of the Government stipulating decentralization and delegation of power in the field of emulation and commendation; detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Emulation and Commendation, the Ministry of Public Security organizes to collect public opinions on the consideration of commendation:
1. Considering awarding the title "Hero of the People's Armed Forces" during the anti-American resistance war for national salvation to Thanh Hoa Provincial Police.
2. Considering awarding the title "National Emulation Soldier" to Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Chi Thanh, Deputy Head of Department, Fire and Rescue Police Department, Ho Chi Minh City Police.
The Ministry of Public Security said that people's contributions on considering commendation for the above-mentioned collectives and individuals should be sent to the mailbox: hoidapphapluat@mps. gov. vn within 10 days from the date of publication.
