Chairman of the City People's Committee Vu Dai Thang signed and issued Decision No. 444/QD-UBND dated January 28, 2026 on awarding Certificates of Merit to individuals who have achievements in crime prevention and control.

Lieutenant Colonel Tran Viet Dung, Deputy Head of Ha Dong Ward Police, Hanoi City, has achieved success in detecting, investigating, and arresting a group of subjects illegally trading drugs and using drugs on July 23, 2025 in Ha Dong Ward, Hanoi City.
Lieutenant Colonel Tran Xuan Hai, Head of Cua Nam Ward Police, Hanoi City, has achieved success in investigating and arresting subjects illegally intruding into computer networks, telecommunications networks or electronic means of others that occurred on November 3, 2025 in Cua Nam Ward, Hanoi City.
Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen The Nhat, Deputy Head of the Drug Crime Investigation Police Department, Hanoi City Police, has achieved success in detecting, investigating and arresting a group of subjects illegally trading drugs and illegally possessing drugs that occurred on March 4, 2025 in Hoang Liet ward, Tu Liem ward, Hanoi city.
The bonus level for individuals is implemented according to Article 54 of Decree No. 152/2025/ND-CP dated June 14, 2025 of the Government. The bonus money is deducted from the City's Emulation and Commendation Fund and transferred to the account of the Hanoi City Police for implementation.
