The Standing Secretariat affirmed that ensuring security and order at the grassroots level is a key factor for economic, cultural and social development, protecting the peaceful life of the people. This is not only the task of the police force, but also a common responsibility of the entire political system and the entire people.
To continue to improve the effectiveness of the movement, Standing member of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu requested the Hung Yen Provincial Police and Party committees and authorities at all levels to synchronously implement 5 key contents, emphasizing the following: seriously grasping the Party's guidelines and the State's laws and policies; perfecting the movement direction system from the province to the grassroots; innovating propaganda content to raise awareness and responsibility of cadres, party members and people; proactively grasping the situation, promptly resolving problems arising from the grassroots.
Dong Hung commune was established on the basis of merging 6 communes and old towns. The movement of All People Protecting National Security here continues to develop strongly with 47 self-management models operating effectively. Some typical models include: "Lighting up the trust" (old Dong Son commune), "Security surveillance camera" (old Dong La commune), " Veterans Association to ensure security and order" (old Dong Hop commune) ...
The commune also maintains 35 grassroots mediation teams with about 165 mediators. In the first 6 months of 2025 alone, these groups have coordinated to resolve 2 conflicts among the people, contributing to maintaining stability from the grassroots.
On this occasion, many outstanding collectives and individuals in the movement to protect national security in Hung Yen province were awarded certificates of merit by the Ministry of Public Security, the Provincial People's Committee, and the Provincial Police. At the same time, many poor households and disadvantaged families also received gifts from the central and local governments, demonstrating the spirit of "security associated with security".
On the same day, Standing member of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu and the Central and Hung Yen Provincial working delegation visited the family of martyr Mother La Thi No (Tan Son village, Dong Hung commune) and offered incense at the General Vo Nguyen Giap Temple and the Dong Hung Commune Martyrs' Cemetery.
