In addition, direct the immediate resolution of arising difficulties and problems according to regulations; report and propose to the Provincial People's Committee solutions and solutions for issues beyond authority, ensuring the smooth and effective operation of local authorities at both levels.
The working groups report to the Provincial People's Committee on the implementation before the 15th and 30th of each month or suddenly upon request.
