At the conference, the Department of Finance presented proposals related to the investment policy for the construction of Trung Vuong High School and An Thi High School; regulations, decentralization of revenue sources and budget expenditure tasks; criteria and norms for allocating regular expenditure estimates for the provincial State budget in 2025; and the investment policy for medical equipment for Pho Noi General Hospital in 2025.
The Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee agreed with the proposed contents of the Department of Finance. The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized that these are practical tasks, contributing to improving educational facilities, enhancing medical equipment, and improving the quality of service to the people. The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the health sector to carefully review the equipment list, ensuring quality, usage capacity and investment efficiency.
The conference also agreed on the proposal to regulate, decentralize revenue sources, the division ratio between budget levels, and the criteria for allocating provincial budget expenditures in 2025. The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested to fully absorb the discussion opinions to complete the report and submit it to competent authorities, ensuring publicity, transparency and unity in budget management.
Regarding the plan to start construction and inaugurate works to celebrate the 80th anniversary of National Day on September 2, the conference selected 5 typical works and projects of the province to organize this occasion. The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Construction and the Construction Investment Project Management Board No. 1 and No. 2 to coordinate in advising on the implementation; at the same time, requesting the arrangement of online connecting points connecting 4 points in the province and points across the country, ensuring solemn, safe and effective organization.

Concluding the conference, Mr. Nguyen Khac Than - Chairman of Hung Yen Provincial People's Committee requested relevant departments, branches and units to seriously absorb opinions, urgently complete documents, ensure progress and quality, submit to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee for consideration and decision.
