The state visit to Vietnam by the General Secretary and President of Laos took place right after Comrade To Lam was elected by the Central Executive Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam as General Secretary of the Central Executive Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
This is a particularly important foreign activity for the two Parties and two countries, taking place in the context that the two Parties and two countries are actively implementing the Resolution of each Party's Congress, preparing well for Congresses at all levels towards the 12th Congress of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party and the 14th Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
