On the same day, General Secretary and President To Lam and his wife, along with the high-level Vietnamese delegation, laid flowers at the Monument to Unknown Soldiers by the Kremlin wall - one of the most sacred memorial works of Russia, commemorating the Red Army soldiers who sacrificed in the Great Patriotic War (1941 - 1945).
