    According to a statement from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on September 4, at the invitation of Russian President Vladimir Putin and President of the French Republic Emmanuel Macron, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam To Lam and his wife and high-level Vietnamese delegation will pay a state visit to the Russian Federation, an official visit to the French Republic and attend the Space Summit in Paris, France from September 7 to September 12, 2026.
