The People's Security Academy is also the cradle of education and training and the only training institution for nearly 20 years of the People's Police.
Since its establishment, the People's Security Academy has trained, educated, and fostered tens of thousands of police officers participating in the resistance war against France, supporting battlefields B, C, K, as well as during the anti-American resistance war and the struggle to protect national security, ensuring social order and safety through revolutionary stages.
In particular, many students after working and studying at the school have become high-ranking cadres and leaders of the Party, State, and the police sector. Hundreds of former students have been awarded the rank of general, 15 professors, 92 associate professors, 9 outstanding educators and 39 individuals have been awarded the title of Hero of the People's Armed Forces.

Over 80 years of construction and growth, the People's Security Academy has affirmed its position as a leading training and scientific research center of the People's Police force.
