On the occasion of the 110th anniversary of the birth of General Secretary Nguyen Van Linh, on July 1, General Secretary To Lam and his leaders and former leaders of the Party and State came to offer flowers and incense to commemorate General Secretary Nguyen Van Linh at the Memorial House of General Secretary Nguyen Van Linh (Nguyen Van Linh commune) and at the Monument of General Secretary Nguyen Van Linh in Hung Yen Provincial Center Square.
Participating in the incense offering ceremony were comrade Truong Tan Sang - former Politburo member, former President; Politburo members, former Politburo members, members of the Party Central Committee, leaders of a number of central departments, ministries and branches.
In a solemn atmosphere, General Secretary To Lam and the delegates respectfully offered incense, offered flowers in memory, and respectfully bowed down to the spirit of the leader who had made many great contributions to the cause of national liberation and the cause of national renewal.

On the same day, General Secretary To Lam and leaders and former leaders of the Party and State came to offer flowers and incense to commemorate Lieutenant General Nguyen Binh, paying tribute to the shining example of a resilient communist and talented military man who made great contributions to the cause of the revolution, struggle and national liberation.
On this occasion, General Secretary To Lam and the Central Working Group visited the family of Mr. Pham Thi Cuong (born in 1919), living in Cao Dong village (Hoang Hoa Tham commune, Hung Yen province) - the mother of martyr Nguyen Quang Trung.
