Speaking at the opening of the Congress, Ms. Lam Thi Phuong Thanh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Chief of the Standing Office of the Party Central Committee Office - said that in the past term, the Party Committee and the Party Central Committee Office have successfully completed their political tasks, increasingly better meeting the requirements of the strategic, important, confidential advisory agency, directly advising and serving the Central Committee, the Politburo, the Secretariat, and the Standing Committee of the Secretariat.
In addition to the achieved results, the Party Committee also frankly and seriously acknowledged and assessed the limitations and shortcomings in leadership and direction.
With the motto "Solidarity - Creativity - Responsibility - Exemplary", Ms. Lam Thi Phuong Thanh emphasized that the Party Central Committee Office determined to focus on improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party Committee, promoting the pioneering and exemplary role of cadres and Party members, especially the leader.
At the same time, overcome the limitations and weaknesses in each individual, in each unit, in the entire Party Committee and the Central Party Office. Build a team of qualified, capable, dedicated and intellectual cadres, determined to strive to elevate the level of strategic, key and confidential advisory agencies, helping the Central Government meet the requirements of tasks in the new era of national development.
At the Congress, the Deputy Chief of the Standing Office of the Party Central Committee Office requested the delegates to focus on analyzing and evaluating objectively and comprehensively the outstanding results of the 2020-2025 term, seriously pointing out the shortcomings, limitations, and causes. From there, learn lessons, correctly identify the direction, goals, key tasks, and breakthrough solutions for the new term.
Delegates attending the Congress need to focus on discussing, contributing opinions, developing draft documents to submit to the 14th National Party Congress and draft documents to submit to the first National Party Congress of Central Party Agencies in accordance with the orientation of the General Secretary and the Central Committee.
