In the course of work, Mr. Cao Van Dinh is considered to be a capable leadership, good direction and positive contribution to the propaganda work of the province.
Under his direction, the Provincial Party Committee of Propaganda and Education has well performed the task of information orientation and propaganda of important guidelines and policies of the Party and the State, contributing to raising political awareness among officials. , party members and local people.
Mr. Dinh's request for early retirement not only demonstrates the exemplary participation of leaders in implementing Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW, dated October 25, 2017 of the Party Central Committee, but also creates opportunities for young cadres to have the opportunity to promote their capacity and continue the important tasks of the propaganda sector.
