In the morning session, the National Assembly Standing Committee will review reports from members of the Government, Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court, Chief Prosecutor of the Supreme People's Procuracy, and State Auditor General on the implementation of a number of resolutions of the 14th and 15th National Assembly on thematic supervision and questioning.
The National Assembly's Petition and Supervision Committee will report and summarize the review of the above reports.
Also in the morning, the National Assembly Standing Committee gave opinions on the Government's report on citizen reception, handling of administrative complaints and denunciations in 2025 (including the report of the Supreme People's Court, the Supreme People's Procuracy, and the State Audit); and gave opinions on the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on International Treaties.
On the same afternoon, the National Assembly Standing Committee gave opinions on the draft Law on Cyber Security (comprehensive amendment of the Law on Cyber Security and comprehensive amendment of the Law on Cyber Information Security into 01 law); gave opinions on the draft Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of 10 laws related to security and order.
The National Assembly Standing Committee also gave opinions on the draft Law on State Secrets Protection (amended) and gave opinions on the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Intellectual Property.
