Giving opinions on the explanation, acceptance, and revision of 4 draft Laws on Transfer, Law on Transfer of People serving prison sentences, Law on mutual Legal Assistance on Civil Matters, Law on mutual Legal Assistance on Criminal Matters.
In the following days of the session, the National Assembly Standing Committee will review and give opinions on draft Laws on the implementation of temporary detention, temporary detention and prohibition of leaving the place of residence; Law on the implementation of criminal judgments (amended); Law on the implementation of civil judgments (amended); Law on Drug Prevention and Control (amended).
The National Assembly Standing Committee will also give opinions on draft Laws amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Education; Law on Higher Education (amended); Law on Vocational Education (amended).
