On November 5, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Thang - Politburo member, Director of Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council attended the National Great Unity Day at Residential Group 11 (Kim Long Ward, Hue City, Thua Thien Hue Province).
Ms. Che Thi Thanh Quyen - Head of the Front Committee of Residential Group 11 said that the whole group has 375 households and 1,550 people. Politburo member Nguyen Xuan Thang expressed his joy at the results that the people of residential group 11 have achieved in recent times. The lives of the people of Kim Long ward in particular, Hue city and Thua Thien Hue province in general have been constantly improved.
Mr. Nguyen Xuan Thang shared that in the coming time, when the Central Government gives the policy and the National Assembly issues the resolution to establish a centrally-run city, it will pose many challenges but also great opportunities.
