In the context of the regional and world situation having many complex fluctuations, the President emphasized that the strengthening of solidarity, attachment, regular information sharing and close coordination of positions between the two countries becomes more necessary and meaningful than ever, thereby supporting each other to successfully implement the development goals of each Party and each country.
Exchanging views on the direction of cooperation in the coming time, President Luong Cuong said that the two sides continue to identify strategic linkages in political relations as pillars, playing an overall orientation role for bilateral cooperation.
At the same time, the two countries will strengthen defense and security cooperation, contributing to maintaining political stability, order, and social safety of each country; coordinate to accelerate the progress of key cooperation projects, remove difficulties and obstacles, and create new breakthroughs in economic, trade and investment cooperation.
In addition, the two sides agreed to continue to closely coordinate in organizing activities to celebrate major holidays of the two countries in a practical, effective, and in-depth direction; strengthen exchange of positions on strategic issues and coordinate and support each other at multilateral forums.
