Vingroup Corporation has just filed a civil lawsuit, reported to the authorities and sent documents to the ambassadors about 68 domestic and foreign organizations and individuals reporting false information about the corporation on the internet.

"A healthy business environment must create conditions for businesses to develop and compete fairly, while protecting businesses that do business honestly, preventing businesses from violating the law" - Dr. Vu Dinh Anh emphasized.
According to him, Vingroup's lawsuit is a necessary reaction to protect its reputation and legitimate rights, but more importantly, the business also needs support from state agencies.
Dr. Vu Dinh Anh noted that if businesses have to face defaming information without support, it will be very difficult, especially for small and medium-sized businesses, which do not have enough financial and legal potential to handle complicated cases.
"The participation of state agencies, industry associations and the social community not only demonstrates a healthy business environment, but also helps businesses more easily protect their legitimate rights" - he said.
