At Dong Kinh Nghia Thuc Square, Hanoi City, the Department of Political Affairs (Ministry of Public Security) coordinated with units to organize the Music Gala program " Glory of the Vietnam People's Public Security" on the evening of March 9.
This is a program to close a series of special activities organized by the Ministry of Public Security to celebrate 77 years of the People's Public Security force's studies and implementation of Uncle Ho's Six Teachings (March 11, 1945 - March 11, 2025), towards the 80th anniversary of the People's Public Security Traditional Day and the 20th anniversary of the All-people Festival for National Security Protection.
The Music Gala program " Glory of the Vietnam People's Public Security" is a combination of music, documentary images and touching stories about the 50-year journey of building, fighting and maturing of the People's Public Security force.
Through the language of music and presentation images, the Program not only honors the image of the People's Public Security soldier, affirms the glorious tradition, strong will and determination to build a clean, strong, disciplined, elite, modern People's Public Security force, but also spreads pride, arouses the spirit of patriotism and sense of responsibility of the people in the work of protecting security and order.
The program began with a large-scale and grand performance by the drum Art Troupe of the People's Police Academy and the Symphony orchestra with the participation of 650 members, including drum performance, flag dance and sub-artistic dance.
The program is closer to younger audiences when there are many artists participating in the performance, such as My Tam, Noo Phuoc Thinh, Tung Duong, Soobin Hoang Son, Nguyen Tran Trung Quan, Van Mai Huong...
The image of the People's Public Security soldier is also depicted in many performances about his homeland, country, and the People's Public Security force.
Previously, on March 8 and 9, the Ministry of Public Security organized attractive activities such as Ao Dai performances; exhibitions; performance of flute music, horsepower, training in khuyen khuyen, martial arts, gas works, motorbikes touring the convoy... along with experiential activities in the Hoan Kiem Lake area and Dong Kinh Nghia Thuc Square, receiving the attention and response of many people.
This is also an opportunity for people to better understand the glorious tradition of the People's Public Security force, contributing to arousing the spirit of patriotism and awareness of protecting national security in the community.
According to Lieutenant General Nguyen Ngoc Toan - Director of the Department of Political Affairs, in the coming time, the unit will focus on organizing well activities from now until May 19, such as: Organizing the "Youth for National Security" Camp in the Northern region, honoring 80 young people of the Commune, Ward and Town Police with outstanding achievements in 2024;
Organize a workshop to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification; Art program "Memories left behind"; Southern region "Youth for National Security" Camp on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification; 2 National Scientific Workshops (commemorating the 135th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birth and "Building a culture of thrift, preventing and combating waste in the new era of development")...
