Hostile forces always seek to attack the basic principles, the core issues of Marxism-Leninism, Ho Chi Minh's ideology and the Party's guidelines and policies. Some of the most common and dangerous arguments such as the conspiracy to "Politize" the army, incomplete comparisons, lowering the prestige of the Vietnam People's Army (VPA), denying the achievements of building the all-people national defense and VPA, deepening and exaggerating limitations and shortcomings...
This requires us to always uphold the spirit of revolutionary vigilance, constantly learn, improve the level of political theory, professional expertise, maintain bravery, be steadfast in goals and ideals, and at the same time must innovate and create in the method of struggle, closely combining "building" and "countering", between direct struggle and building a solid people's heart battleground in cyberspace.
Protecting the ideological foundation of the Party, protecting the image of the Vietnam People's Army in cyberspace is the responsibility of the entire political system, of the entire people, in which the Vietnam People's Army with its core and pioneering role. To improve the effectiveness of this work, it is necessary to focus on synchronously implementing key solutions.
First, strengthen the leadership and direction of Party committees and commanders at all levels. It is necessary to identify this as a key and regular political task. Raise awareness for all cadres, party members, and soldiers about the enemy's plots and tricks and the importance of this struggle front. Develop specific coordination plans and regulations, clearly assign responsibilities, and regularly inspect, urge, and draw experience.
Second, build a truly streamlined, strong, and effective specialized force. Focus on selecting and fostering a contingent of cadres with firm political bravery, political sensitivity, professional qualifications, skills in using information technology and good foreign languages. Invest in modern technical and technological equipment to meet task requirements.
Third, strongly innovate the content and methods of struggle in a proactive, sharp, and persuasive direction. Implement well the motto "Take beauty to put aside ugliness", "Take positive information to push back negative information. Strengthen production, publish and spread official and positive information about the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, about the revolutionary nature, glorious traditions, achievements, and meaningful activities of the Army in training, combat readiness, helping people overcome the consequences of natural disasters, and foreign affairs and defense...
Use a variety of attractive and creative forms of expression (in-depth articles, short news, comments, information graphics, video clips, short films... ) on appropriate platforms. At the same time, it is necessary to proactively and promptly identify, analyze and organize forces to fight back directly, strongly, reasonably, and emotionally, with convincing scientific and practical arguments against wrong views and distorted arguments.
Fourth, strengthen the management and education of soldiers when participating in cyberspace. Raise awareness, sense of responsibility, culture of behavior and "Self-resistance" skills against toxic information for all soldiers. Develop specific and strict regulations on the use of the internet and social networks in the army; strictly handle cases of information discipline violations.

Fifth, strengthen close and effective coordination and coordination between forces inside and outside the army. Promote the overall strength of press and propaganda agencies, professional units of the Army, Police, Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Departments at all levels, Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, internet service providers... in detecting, preventing, removing toxic information and fighting against refutation.
Sixth, promote the application of advanced science and technology (such as artificial intelligence - AI, big data - Big Data... ) in scanning, early detection, analysis, evaluation and forecasting information trends, sabotage campaigns in cyberspace to have appropriate and effective countermeasures. At the same time, continue to research and improve mechanisms, policies and legal corridors for cyberspace struggle activities.
The cyberspace is like a torrential flow of information, where the venomous whirlpools of false arguments constantly seek to erode the solid ideological foundation of the Party. This smokeless war requires a steel spirit, a hot heart and a cold head, steadfast in the ideals of national independence and socialism that the Party, President Ho Chi Minh and the People have chosen.
This is not only a task on the shoulders of specialized forces, but an order from the heart of each officer and soldier, a self-defense consciousness of the entire nation, turning millions of people into solid fortresses in cyberspace under the wise leadership flag of the Party.
With the lighthouse leading the way of Marxism-Leninism, Ho Chi Minh ideology, the Party's renovation policy with the spirit of proactiveness, creativity and iron will, turning each person into a shock soldier on the ideological front, we will definitely push back all distorted arguments, maintain faith, protect justice and reach the final victory. That victory will be a steel shield to protect the Party, State, People, regime and further illuminate the symbol of the heroic Vietnam People's Army in the flow of national history and in the eyes of friends from five continents.
