In particular, guidelines on the work of preparing, selecting and introducing personnel to participate in the Politburo, the 14th Party Secretariat, the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission clearly stated the promotion of a sense of responsibility, seriousness, democracy, objectivity, and fairness, the Party Central Committee discussed carefully, gave frank and constructive opinions, created unity and unity on the number of Politburo members, Secretariat members for the 14th Party Congress term, and selected personnel to introduce to participate in the Politburo, the 14th Party Secretariat (re-elected and participated for the first time).
Determining this as a continuation of the work of personnel planning, especially the important system, the core of the core, related to the success of the 14th National Party Congress and the development of the country in the new period.
The introducing personnel must have a national strategic vision, be able to maintain the country's autonomy; have leadership and command capacity at the national level; have political prestige and integrity at the symbolic level; be able to implement the resolution into measurable results and outcomes; have enough endurance, both mentally and physically, to withstand the pressure and intensity of work in the 14th term of the Party and possibly in the following terms.
In the guidance, the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee also informed: The Central Executive Committee assigned the Politburo and the 14th Congress's Personnel Subcommittee to continue reviewing and supplementing personnel plans in accordance with the personnel work direction of the 14th Party Central Committee and the personnel work process set out to report to the Central Executive Committee for consideration and decision at the 15th Central Conference.
Speaking at the working session with the Standing Committee of the 14th National Party Congress Subcommittees on December 9, General Secretary To Lam requested to strengthen information and propaganda work on the 14th National Party Congress, ensure green information, strengthen the confidence of cadres, party members and people in the congress; create unity in the Party, consensus in society, work together towards and act for the goal of national development; strengthen the prevention of bad and toxic information, fight against reactionary, incorrect arguments, fight against disruption and division of the great national unity bloc.
The General Secretary requested the Human Resources Subcommittee to continue to complete the work related to personnel work to submit to the 15th Central Conference. The Central Organizing Committee reviewed the Congress's Working Regulations, Election Regulations at the Congress, and personnel records related to the Congress.
