At Bach Long Vi station, there will be strong winds of level 7, sometimes level 8, gusting to level 9.
On December 14, cold air continues to affect other places in the Northwest and Central Central regions. The northeast wind on land is strong at level 3, coastal areas are strong at level 3-4.

The Hanoi area is cold, the lowest temperature in this cold air mass is generally 13-15 degrees Celsius.
Thanh Hoa and Nghe An areas during the day and night of December 14 are forecast to have scattered rain and showers; the area from Ha Tinh to Da Nang city and the east of Quang Ngai and Gia Lai provinces will have rain, moderate rain, locally heavy rain and thunderstorms due to the influence of cold air. During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind.
Localized heavy rain is likely to cause flooding in low-lying areas; flash floods on small rivers and streams; landslides on steep slopes; heavy rain in a short period of time causing flooding in urban areas and industrial parks.
