July Gratitude Month, Agribank's Board of Directors, trade unions at all levels and Agribank units nationwide have been and are simultaneously implementing many practical activities such as organizing delegations to visit and give gifts to War Invalids' Nursing Centers and policy families; offering incense at martyrs' cemeteries...
On July 10-11, 2026, the Chairman of the Member Council and leaders of Agribank also participated in the working delegation of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) led by Comrade Pham Duc An - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Governor of the SBV - on a trip to the source of gratitude to heroes and martyrs in Quang Tri, Ha Tinh and Nghe An provinces.
The working delegation came to offer incense and flowers to commemorate the heroic martyrs at Quang Tri Citadel and held a flower-laying ceremony on the banks of the Thach Han River; offered incense and flowers at Truong Son National Martyrs' Cemetery; National Martyrs' Cemetery of Road 9; 8 Girls Cave; Nurse Cave; visited General Vo Nguyen Giap's tomb; Nga ba Dong Loc Special National Relic Site; Viet - Lao Martyrs' Cemetery, Truong Bon National Historical Relic Site; offered incense and flowers at Kim Lien Special National Relic Site and Chung Son Temple.
The working delegation presented social security in 03 provinces Quang Tri, Ha Tinh and Nghe An with a total amount of 30 billion VND (10 billion VND per province).
On the morning of July 23, at the Conference to express gratitude to people with meritorious services to the revolution nationwide in 2026 and launch the movement to promote care for people with meritorious services to the revolution, towards the 80th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs' Day, honored to participate in the program with a delegation of the Banking sector led by Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam Pham Duc An, representatives of Agribank, Comrade Pham Toan Vuong - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Member of the Member Council, General Director - and the Banking sector presented 300 billion VND to support the movement to promote care for people with meritorious services to the revolution.
In the series of activities "Gratitude and Repayment", Agribank Trade Union organized working delegations to visit, express gratitude and provide financial support at War Invalids Rehabilitation Centers, Centers for Care and Nurturing of People with Meritorious Services in Bac Ninh, Hung Yen, Ninh Binh, Thanh Hoa provinces... with a total budget of 560 million VND.
Agribank Trade Union donated 50 million VND to Lang Giang War Invalids Rehabilitation Center (Bac Ninh), 100 million VND to Thuan Thanh War Invalids Rehabilitation Center (Bac Ninh), 50 million VND to Hung Yen Provincial Center for nurturing and nursing people with meritorious services (old Thai Binh province), 100 million VND to Thanh Hoa Provincial Center for nurturing and nursing people with meritorious services, and 50 million VND to Nho Quan War Invalids Rehabilitation Center - Ninh Binh Provincial Center for Nursing People with Meritorious Services.
In addition to simultaneously organizing memorial activities, Agribank youth actively responded to the Campaign "500 days and nights to promote the search, repatriation and identification of remains of martyrs who lack information", and at the same time coordinated to deploy activities to restore portrait photos of martyrs in many localities.
Touching and proud "returning to the source" trips
In the once fiery Central region, the Agribank Representative Office in the Central region (VPMT) and Agribank branches in the area have organized many meaningful journeys to the sacred red addresses.
From July 19 - 21, 2026, VPMT organizes the "To the Red Address" and "Towards the Sea and Islands" Journey programs in Quang Tri province, expressing respect, remembrance and gratitude to heroic martyrs.
From Quang Tri Citadel and Con Co Special Zone - where every drop of blood flows into the Thach Han River, every piece of land associated with a steadfast history, to Truong Son National Martyrs' Cemetery and Road 9 Cemetery - the resting place of thousands of outstanding children who fell for the North-South road, Agribank officials and employees have respectfully expressed their gratitude and deep appreciation to previous generations.
On July 22, the Agribank Southern Regional Representative Office (VPMN) was honored to represent Agribank to participate in the delegation of the National Assembly's Committee for Petitions and Supervision to offer flowers and incense at the Monument to the late General Secretary Tran Phu; Memorial stele for heroic martyrs who sacrificed in the General Offensive and Uprising of Tet Mau Than 1968; place to worship Heroic Martyr Le Thi Rieng, Heroic Martyr Tran Van Kieu; Stele commemorating martyrs and Martyrs' Remains House in Le Thi Rieng Park.
During the program, the delegation visited the scene, was informed about the progress of searching for and repatriating martyrs' remains, and at the same time encouraged and presented gifts to officers, soldiers and forces directly performing the task of searching, repatriating and identifying martyrs' remains.
The programs and noble gratitude gestures in July are invaluable spiritual medicine for wounded and sick soldiers, Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, relatives of martyrs' families, and people with meritorious services to the revolution.
