Agribank clearly defines vision and strategy to adapt to the new technology context
Implementing the direction of the Government and the State Bank, Agribank has proactively developed a methodical digital transformation roadmap to create strong changes in awareness and action for officers and employees throughout the system, contributing to promoting the digital transformation of Agribank in particular and the banking industry in general. Most recently, on June 23, 2025, the Chairman of the Board of Members issued Decision 563/QD-HDTV-TDTCB on the Plan to implement the "Digital Citizen Learning Program" in the Agribank system.
Digital transformation starts with awareness and people
The "Digital education program" clearly identifies that digital transformation is not only a story of technology, but more importantly, it is to change thinking, raise awareness and equip people with digital skills. In which, all cadres - from senior leaders to service staff are the subject in the transformation process.

Accordingly, the program aims to popularize and raise awareness and understanding of digital transformation, equip knowledge and digital skills for all employees in the entire Agribank system, helping employees effectively use digital platforms and services in their work, ready to learn, change to digital thinking, and accept technology as an inevitable part of their work. The program also launched an emulation movement for innovation, digital transformation, and digital learning to all employees in the system.
Towards modern banking, accompanying customers
With the "Digital Citizen Learning Program", Agribank not only launched a large-scale internal learning movement, but also formed a foundation for continuous learning, where every employee can become a digital expert in their work. This is not just a training campaign but a journey to change thinking, elevate people and standardize working methods in the digital age.

Accordingly, the digital training ecosystem will be developed according to a flexible model of multi-medium, multi-platform learning, personalizing content and progress suitable for each role and each level of ability. At the same time, Agribank promotes building an internal learning community, where "Digital Ambassadors" and "Digital Atoms" play a leading role, spreading and connecting knowledge between generations of human resources and units in the system.
The "Digital education program" is not simply an action to meet the digital transformation requirements of the banking industry, but is a long-term investment strategy in people - the most important asset of Agribank.
With the mission of being the leading state-owned commercial bank in the field of "Tam Nong", Agribank understands that: to successfully transform digitally, it is necessary to start from each specific person - knowing how to use technology, daring to innovate thinking, proactively adapting and connecting for common value. And Digital education is an important, fundamental and sustainable step, to turn each Agribank officer into a responsible digital citizen a proactive factor in creating innovation.
