Increase speed, enhance experience
Amway Vietnam Central warehouse has an area of over 5,000m2 with a total estimated investment and operation cost of 5 years of 12 million USD (equivalent to 300 billion VND). This is considered a breakthrough strategic project, marking an important change in Amway Vietnam's business model, while strengthening a modern logistics platform to meet strong growth needs in the coming period.
Amway assessed Vietnam as a potential market with a young population, rapidly increasing demand for health care - beauty and a dynamic business ecosystem. Therefore, putting the Central warehouse into operation is considered a key step, ensuring development speed and improving service quality for the nationwide distribution network.
Mr. Brian Kraus - Director of Global Supply Chain of Amway Group said that the warehouse is designed according to international standards on safety, automation and sustainable development. This is not only a modern logistics project, but also a symbol of Amway's long-term trust in the Vietnamese market, Mr. Brian Kraus emphasized.

At the warehouse, Amway deploys an advanced WMS management system and applies Pick-to-Light technology (taking goods according to light signals), helping to increase speed, accuracy and order processing capacity, especially during peak periods. The sub-labeling area has a capacity of up to 8 million product units per year; the Home Delivery order processing area can accommodate about 6 million product units/year.
Investing in smart infrastructure creates a "dual impact": Improving operational efficiency, shortening delivery time, increasing accuracy; while significantly improving the experience of distributors and customers.
Long-term commitment to the environment and community
Amway Vietnam continues to promote social responsibility and green operating solutions at the Central warehouse. The project is designed with an energy-saving system, taking advantage of natural light and complying with global standards on electricity, lighting, and fire prevention and fighting. The company also implemented a roadmap for using environmentally friendly materials in the supply chain, such as recycled bags and airbags made of biological materials to reduce plastic waste.
At the same time, Amway focuses on improving the working environment for workers through investing in large-capacity ceilings, cooling systems and safety operation support equipment. These are factors that demonstrate the orientation of sustainable development, with people at the center.

On the same day, Amway Vietnam coordinated with the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union to inaugurate and present 2 children's playgrounds, presented outdoor sports equipment and awarded 10 scholarships to students of Phu My Primary School (Binh Duong Ward) in difficult circumstances. These activities show that Amway attaches importance to the development of the local community where the business operates.
Ms. Tran Mong Kieu - Director of Finance, Supply Chain and Customer Experience of Amway Vietnam said that the Center warehouse helps businesses deliver goods faster, more accurately and ensure unified service quality. This is an important foundation for the next growth period, where each distributor is empowered to succeed through greater convenience and reliability, she said.
With this strategic investment, Amway Vietnam once again affirms its commitment to long-term companionship with the development of the local economy and society, towards a more prosperous and healthy future for the Vietnamese people.
