Amway Vietnam was honored for the first time in the list of "Asia's Leading Workplaces", holding the Top 9 position.

Putting people at the center of development

According to Great Place to Work®, the ranking is based on confidential survey data from more than 3.2 million responses representing 7.5 million global workers, honoring pioneering organizations in building a working environment based on trust, innovation and sustainable value.

To be considered, businesses must be on the list of "Best Workplaces" of a country, such as Bahrain, India, Japan, Singapore, Korea, Vietnam... in 2024 or early 2025.

Amway is certified as Great Place to Work® when 97% of employees rated it as a great workplace, much higher than the global average of 59%. By 2025, Amway Vietnam will meet 100% (25/25) of the criteria with over 92% employees satisfied, of which 23 criteria will reach over 95%. The leadership capacity and image - reputation index of the company reached 97% and 95% respectively.

This achievement not only affirms Amway's position in Vietnam but also shows its consistency with the group's 65-year global journey - building an inspiring working environment, promoting human values and sustainable development.

With the global mission of "Helping people have a better life", Amway Vietnam currently has nearly 300 employees in 13 branches and offices nationwide. Enterprises focus on empowerment, flexibility and innovation, encouraging the spirit of daring to try and being ready to adapt.

In addition to accompanying the distributor team, Amway puts workers at the center of development. This strategy helps the company achieve a leadership index of 97% and a business image of 95%.
