This ranking is built from anonymous survey data of more than 113,000 workers in Vietnam. Through the exclusive Trust IndexTM tool with 60 determinative questions and two open questions, Great Place to Work® measures the core values that create an excellent workplace. From there, evaluate 3 main relationships that promote the experience of workers at the workplace - relationships with managers, colleagues and work. Each company participating in the survey must comply with an in-depth assessment program with strict criteria on an ideal working environment.

According to the survey results, 97% of Amway Vietnam's staff rated this as a top working environment. In particular, the company achieved 100% of the survey criteria (25/25), of which 23 criteria reached over 95%. These figures demonstrate the effectiveness of human resources policies and sustainable cultural development strategies, focusing on people that the company has been steadfastly building over the years.

Corporate culture and employee experience are always the foundation of Amway's sustainable development strategy in Vietnam. The company builds an open, cooperative and transparent working environment based on the core values and principles of the Co-founder. Thanks to that, 97% of employees trust in the capacity and ethics of the leadership team.

The policy of attracting, training, developing and retaining talent is implemented synchronously throughout the working process. Thanks to these efforts, 98% of employees are satisfied with training activities and career development opportunities at Amway.

In addition to welfare policies, the Better, Healthier You program - with the goal of building healthy exercise and nutrition habits - also received 96% positive reviews from employees.

Mr. Huynh Thien Trieu - General Director of Amway Vietnam - shared: "The Best Workplace in Vietnam 2025 certification from Great Place to Work® is a testament to our commitment to building a working environment with people at the center, inspiring and strong from within. This recognition is a great source of motivation for us to continue our journey, creating sustainable value for employees, the community and society.
