Experience digital technology journey to borrow and buy a house with BIDV Home
Ms. Pham Phuong Lan - Deputy Head of BIDV Retail Banking - directly introduced to leaders the BIDV Home application - one of BIDV's outstanding digital products. This is the first comprehensive closed digital platform in Vietnam in the field of home loans with a connection of three parties: home buyers, investors and banks.

The product allows customers to look up housing projects according to their needs, calculate appropriate loans, and register for loans with a digital signature confirmed by the VNeID application (BIDV is one of the first three banks in Vietnam to successfully deploy this feature). Currently, BIDV Home has connected with about 100 Investors for about 180 Real Estate projects.
Investors participating in BIDV Home have been assessed by BIDV as having prestige, quality and delivering a house on time. Customers will (i) easily choose a house as desired and safely when using it, (ii) calculate, register a loan and complete loan procedures on the same application, (iii) track the entire loan process on the same solution without having to go to a project or bank.
Provided in the form of virtual reality (VR) simulation, the BIDV Home experience at the event has brought leaders and visitors a completely automatic loan journey - from home selection to completing loan registration. The solution is developed in line with the financial consumption trend of individual customers, especially young customers, making it easy for them to access a home credit package of VND40,000 billion - currently the largest and most preferential credit package on the market.

Develop a comprehensive digital ecosystem, improve experience, connect technology and people
At the exhibition, BIDV also introduced a multi-layered digital ecosystem, in addition to digital solutions for individual customers, there are also institutional customers and internal systems.
For institutional customers, BIDV provides a comprehensive digital journey - from business boundary, BIDV Direct electronic banking, connecting BIDV iConnect business management software, to supply chain finance solutions such as SCF on cloud, Trade Flat import-export ecosystem and Open API connection. Currently, over 80% of BIDV's customer businesses have used digital channel services, demonstrating the efficiency and reliability of the business community.
Regarding digital transformation in banking operations, the B.One system built by BIDV itself has digitized the entire operating, approval and work management process within BIDV. Thereby, the entire operating system of the bank becomes fast, transparent and flexible, contributing to cost reduction, improving efficiency and the ability to respond quickly to market changes.
