BIDV deploys preferential credit package of 50,000 billion VND for corporate customers

BIDV is implementing a preferential credit package of 50,000 billion VND for small and medium-sized enterprises, with interest rates at least 1%/year lower than the average level.

In order to contribute to strengthening capital sources for economic growth drivers and small and medium-sized enterprises, the Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) is implementing a preferential interest rate credit program with a scale of up to 50,000 billion VND, uniformly applied throughout the system.

From August 2026 to the end of December 2028 or until the full disbursement of the credit package, small and medium-sized enterprise customers with healthy financial situations, fully meeting the current credit granting conditions of BIDV; businesses operating in priority sectors, economic growth drivers (including: high-tech application enterprises, exports, digital economy, artificial intelligence, supporting industries, semiconductors, processing, manufacturing, green projects...) when borrowing capital to serve production and business will enjoy lending interest rates at least 1%/year lower than the average lending interest rate for the same term currently at BIDV.

The program is implemented by BIDV to implement the direction of the State Bank of Vietnam on commercial banks, especially state-owned commercial banks, to promote their pioneering role, proactively reduce costs, balance resources to implement programs, products, preferential credit packages, accompany and share with people and businesses, thereby contributing to the implementation of the economic growth target in 2026 striving from 10% or more according to Resolution No. 168/NQ-CP dated June 27, 2026 of the Government.

In the past time, BIDV has always been a pioneer in supporting businesses, especially small and medium-sized enterprises, to break through and grow in a challenging business environment.

BIDV has implemented the SME Fast Track program continuously for the past 2 years (2025 - 2026) with interest rate and fee incentives for small and medium-sized enterprises transacting on the BIDV Direct digital channel, lifetime free BIDV Direct Shop sales management software, free connection to the internal accounting/ERP system via BIDV Direct Link, along with exchange rate and fee incentives for import-export enterprises, helping businesses manage finances more effectively.
