The program was organized to clean the sea at Jetty port area, belonging to Dung Quat Oil Refinery. Accordingly, it raised awareness of protecting the marine environment for BSR Youth Union and officers and soldiers of the Border Guard Station of Dung Quat Port, strengthened solidarity between the two units, and affirmed the pioneering and creative role of the youth in joining hands to protect the environment.

BSR Youth Union collected garbage, floating objects on the water surface and breakwater at Jetty port. At the same time, the Youth Union of Dung Quat Border Guard Station prepared canoe BP 09-10-08 and two basket boats to transport the force from PTSC port to the cleaning location, starting from Jetty port to the edge of PTSC port. All garbage was then classified, packed into sacks and transported to shore for processing.
Throughout the implementation process, the organizing committee always focuses on ensuring the safety of all participating forces. Vehicles and supporting equipment are thoroughly inspected before deployment, and waste treatment also strictly complies with environmental safety and hygiene regulations.

With the participation of the BSR Youth Union and officers and soldiers of the Border Guard Station, the activity has aroused the sense of responsibility of each individual in protecting the marine environment, while promoting the beautiful image of young people who are always ready to take the lead for the community.
In addition, the program also contributed to improving organizational and coordination skills between the two units, creating opportunities for exchange, learning and strengthening solidarity and cohesion among members.
