Accordingly, EVNHANOI will reorganize the model from 30 current District/District Power Companies into 12 Regional Power Companies, corresponding to the scope of management according to the new administrative area.
This model is arranged to optimize production and business activities, manage and operate the power grid in a centralized manner, in accordance with local practical conditions, while creating favorable conditions for customers to access electricity services quickly, consistently and transparently.
In addition, the regional Power Companies will re-sign the power purchase contract with the customer. All information and personal data of the Customer are absolutely confidential throughout the entire process of conversion and re-signing of the contract.

The organization arrangement is a condition for EVNHANOI to continue to promote comprehensive digital transformation, towards a modern governance model and building a smart electricity service ecosystem.
With a synchronous system, the new regional Power Companies will operate on a comprehensive digital platform, connecting centralized data, improving service quality and shortening customer request processing time.
