The forum took place on the afternoon of April 17, 2025 at the 37 Hung Vuong Conference Center, No. 35 Hung Vuong, Ba Dinh, Hanoi.
The program is accompanied by Vietnam Gas Corporation - JSC (PV GAS).
The forum contributes to suggesting solutions and recommendations to identify important supports for businesses to overcome difficulties and challenges; at the same time, identifying opportunities and business lessons to help businesses improve their competitiveness in the new context.

In his opening speech, Mr. Hoang Quang Phong - Vice President of VCCI said that this year's Annual Business Forum took place in the context of many fluctuations in the world. The countervailing tax policy of US President Donald Trump announced on February 2 and then, along with the reaction of countries, has, is and will have a strong impact on the economy, trade, investment and global financial markets, especially affecting countries with a large trade surplus with the US, including Vietnam.
Sharing at the Forum, VCCI Vice President emphasized that to create a breakthrough in 2025, institutional reform along with policies to support and promote businesses will play a key role. Not only stopping at increasing access and absorption of capital, the focus also lies in improving competitiveness for Vietnamese enterprises - especially the private economic sector. This is aimed at mastering core technologies and gradually participating more deeply in the global value chain in the coming period.

At the forum, many opinions said that businesses need to strengthen linkages to expand markets, promote new business models, share resources and improve efficiency.
Despite many policies to support recovery, businesses still need more support from the government in the context of many fluctuations. It is necessary to continue to expand the market, promote exports, stimulate domestic demand and remove obstacles in access to capital, land, and high-quality human resources.
The forum also recognized the proposal to strengthen linkages between businesses, develop new business models and optimize resources, thereby improving production capacity, supply and creating sustainable chain linkages.
