From handbook to app: Business households declare taxes easily in a few steps
The policy of shifting from contract tax to declaration is opening a new phase for millions of business households across the country. Instead of relying on fixed data, sellers are forced to approach more modern and transparent management methods. What was once considered complicated and unfamiliar has now gradually become familiar, even to the elderly who were "afraid" of technology.
This morning at Tan An wholesale market (Can Tho), Mr. Nguyen Van Tam, 62 years old, the owner of a fruit restaurant that has been attached to the market for more than twenty years, said, " now that I have to declare taxes on the app, I am very nervous. Before now, I just used to take a book.

Mr. Tam's concern is also a concern of millions of business households across the country when the Tax Department implements this policy. This policy aims to make business operations transparent, ensure tax fairness and include individuals in modern management processes. But for many traders, this is a big change, forcing them to come into contact with phone operations, electronic invoices... things that have never been in their daily trading routine.
According to Mr. Mai Son, Deputy Director of the Tax Department, due to the scale, industry, area and the need to use electronic invoices of each household, support must also be flexible. One of the biggest concerns of business households today is that software must be easy to use and cost-effective. Many households only need output determination tools and data connection to reduce declaration procedures.
During the implementation process, technology enterprises also participated in supporting business households to get acquainted with the new form of declaration. MISA alone has implemented support packages according to revenue scale: households over 500 million VND/year are given free software with 500 electronic invoices and 1 year of digital signatures in the initial period; households under 500 million VND are supported with free software for the entire life of sales and tax declaration on the phone.
However, I was very worried about the transition from contract to declaration. Afraid of not knowing what to do, afraid of being fined for wrongdoing, Mr. Tam confided. This concern is not unique. Many households are used to notebooks, pens, handheld computers, and calculating profits based on experience. Now that each transaction must be declared, fearing is understandable.

In that context, sales management applications are being mentioned more often as a technology salvation. The market has a lot of software with a series of different features, but for those who are less exposed to technology, that richness sometimes becomes a barrier.
For many businesses, solutions designed to be simple, focusing on core needs are given priority. MISA eShop is one such application, when integrating the entire sales process, issuing invoices and connecting taxes in the same operating channel. The seller only needs to do the right daily work, while the technical steps for sending data have been automated.
Not because I am good at technology, but because this app has fewer buttons, said Mr. Tam. Since being instructed, he has installed MISA eShop software to they have to wait for each months bill. He was most impressed with voice sales. "I just said: three ki rhubarb, two ki mango... to get it myself," he said. Import invoices are also synchronized, just review and confirm, instead of adding books, recording each line as before.

What makes many households most hesitant is that issuing electronic invoices has now become easier. The invoice is automatically generated when the transaction is completed, with a lookup code and symbol according to regulations, then sent directly to the tax authority. I only sell as usual, the app takes care of everything, said Mr. Tam, in a relieved voice.
If an older household like Mr. Tam considers the application a "lifeline", young people see technology as an opportunity to improve their business. Mr. Minh, 27 years old, owner of a phone accessory store in Da Nang, shared: "With MISA eShop for sales, seeing inventory, issuing invoices, and declaring taxes, just holding a phone is enough to do it, and there is a 24/7 support team when needed".
It can be said that integrated solutions such as MISA eShop are helping businesses easily enter the declaration stage, the transition step that they previously thought would be "difficult as if they were learning from the beginning".
