Maintaining growth rate in the first quarter of 2025
According to the report at the preliminary meeting in the first quarter of 2025, the total revenue of PVI insurance was estimated at VND 7,217 billion, completed 120.7% of the first quarter plan and 36.3% of the 2025 plan and 18.9% over the same period last year. Profit before tax is estimated at VND 288 billion, completing 163.3% of the first quarter of 2025 plan, reflecting the efficiency in revenue growth and risk control.

The reinsurance segment continues to be a bright spot, achieving revenue of VND 2,174 billion, up 54.5% over the same period, showing that the orientation of expanding international cooperation is bringing clear value. At the same time, cross-channel revenue through partners also recorded outstanding growth, reaching VND 291 billion, 1.8 times higher than the same period thanks to promoting cooperation with major partners such as: Mobile World, Samsung, Momo, Zalopay, Shopee, ...
In the context of complicated developments in the global economy, natural disaster risks tend to increase, PVI Insurance still maintains effective business goals. Financial investment activities continue to bring stable cash flow, ensure payment capacity and increase profits.
Innovating distribution channels, expanding influence
Outstanding in the first quarter, PVI Insurance recorded strong growth results from e-commerce channels. Revenue from this channel has increased 1.8 times compared to the same period in 2024. E-commerce is becoming a key channel and a golden opportunity for businesses to expand new customer base, improve customer experience on a technology platform through insurance purchasing processes, quality after-sales insurance services, and closed support. Social insurance (SI) collection activities also recorded positive results, with total collection fees reaching more than 743 billion VND, an increase of 48.5% over the same period.

Notably, through cooperation with Vn post, PVI Insurance has implemented a model of distributing technical and commercial property insurance through the post office network. This is considered a strategic step to reach a group of customers who do not have the habit of using insurance. Thereby contributing to raising public awareness and expanding the coverage of insurance services to each residential area.
Also in the first quarter, the international credit rating agency AM Best officially reaffirmed the A- (Excellent) rating for PVI Insurance, with a stable outlook. This is the third consecutive year that the enterprise has maintained its assessment ranking from this prestigious organization.

In the context of a volatile business environment, maintaining a high credit rating is a testament to PVI Insurance's solid financial foundation, stable payment capacity and professional risk management system according to international standards. At the same time, it is an important milestone to strengthen the confidence of the market, partners and international reinsurers.
