On June 27, 2025, at the Party Central Committee Headquarters, after reviewing the proposal of the Central Inspection Committee on disciplining violating Party members, the Secretariat found that:
Mr. Nguyen Ba Hoan - Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Deputy Minister of Home Affairs - during his tenure as Member of the Party Committee, Deputy Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, violated Party regulations and State laws in the process of performing the function of state management of labor export programs;
Mr. Nguyen Ba Hoan has degraded in political ideology, ethics, and lifestyle; violated Party regulations and State laws in performing assigned duties and tasks, in preventing and combating corruption and negativity; violated regulations on what Party members are not allowed to do and the responsibility to set an example, causing serious consequences, public outrage, and very negative impacts on the reputation of the Party organization and the agency or work unit.
Based on the content, nature, extent, consequences, and causes of the violation; according to the Party's regulations on disciplining violating Party members, the Secretariat decided to take disciplinary action by expelling Mr. Nguyen Ba Hoan from the Party.
Propose that competent authorities promptly enforce administrative discipline in line with party discipline.
