One evening in November, while surfing social media, Ms. Trang Nhung - an English teacher in Hanoi happened to watch a thank you video from Saigon - Hanoi Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SHB). Although it only lasted for more than 30 seconds, the video took Ms. Trang Nhung through many emotions, from surprise, delight to impression and emotion.
This video is part of a series of activities with the message "Thank you for reaching out with SHB for 31 years" on the occasion of the bank's 31st anniversary.
The two main images in SHB's thank you video are Mr SHB - the character representing the bank and the heart shape. Mr SHB appeared at many famous locations from the south to the north such as Ben Thanh Market - Ho Chi Minh City, Hoi An Ancient Town, Long Bien Bridge - Hanoi... carrying a smile and a warm heart to send thanks to everyone along the S-shaped strip of land.
The three characteristic wavy lines in SHB's logo move continuously, extending to form a creative heart with the meaning of flexibility, continuing the core values for innovation and development.
Throughout more than three decades, SHB has always taken the Heart as the root and believes that every action originating from the heart will create good and sustainable values. After being shared on social networks, the video attracted hundreds of thousands of views and likes. Most viewers were touched and surprised by SHB's warm message and creative, trend-updating form of expression.
