Impersonation tricks are increasingly sophisticated
In reality, fraud often revolves around the illegal use of business names, logos and brand images to gain trust with candidates. Bad guys can set up fake Fanpages or websites, post attractive recruitment lists, and offer promises of stable jobs with high salaries.
Some cases also require candidates to pay recruitment fees, application fees or interview fees via bank transfer, e-wallet. At the same time, they collect important personal information such as phone numbers, bank account numbers, and even OTP codes to appropriate property. With increasingly sophisticated tricks, many job seekers, especially new graduates or inexperienced workers, are easily caught up in scams.
Official information - a shield for workers
As one of the leading investment groups in Vietnam, GELEX Group has just issued an official warning about the emergence of organizations and individuals impersonating GELEX in recruitment activities. According to the records, the fake Fanpage posted untrue recruitment information, contacted candidates via email or fake phone number, and even requested money transfers to participate in interviews or ensure admission.

GELEX affirmed that this was a fraudulent act, not related to any official recruitment process of the Group. At the same time, GELEX emphasized that all legal recruitment information is only posted through official channels, including:
· Group website at https://gelex.vn
· Recruitment website https://gelexgroup.talent.vn
· unique recruitment email: tuyendung@gelex.vn
The Group also affirmed that it absolutely does not collect any fees and does not require candidates to provide sensitive personal information during the application process.
Faced with increasingly sophisticated forgery, GELEX recommends that candidates can protect themselves. First of all, job seekers need to carefully check the source of information before submitting an application or taking an interview, and only apply through GELEX's official recruitment channels. Candidates absolutely do not transfer money or share sensitive personal information with any individual or organization that they contact via unclear channels. When detecting unusual signs, candidates should proactively notify GELEX or authorities for timely support, thereby contributing to preventing and handling fraudulent behavior.
Experts say that the proactive issuance of warnings by reputable businesses and corporations when impersonating acts is not only a move to protect candidates but also demonstrates a commitment to building a transparent, safe and professional recruitment environment.
