APEC and the transformation of Phu Quoc infrastructure
The preparation process for APEC 2027 High-Level Week is making Phu Quoc one of the largest construction sites in the country.
A series of projects are being implemented simultaneously, from upgrading Phu Quoc International Airport, building the APEC Conference Center and multi-functional complex, to transportation systems such as expanding DT. 975 Avenue to 62m with 10 lanes or starting the first Metro line about 18km long.
A urgent atmosphere is present at many key construction sites in Phu Quoc, as items are accelerated to ensure progress and be ready to be put into operation before the event takes place.
The value of these works not only serves an international conference taking place in a few days, but also contributes to reshaping the urban appearance of the island in the long term, gradually making this place a regional-level economic - tourism - event and trade center.
Each cycle of urban development has special "fall points", when investment resources are strongly focused to create a shift in infrastructure and appearance.
With Phu Quoc, APEC 2027 is becoming such a milestone. This is also a rule that has appeared in many areas that have hosted international events. Marina Bay Sands (Singapore) or Gangnam (Seoul) both went through a period of strong infrastructure investment before becoming leading financial, commercial and service centers. In Vietnam, Da Nang city had a strong "acceleration" after organizing APEC 2017, creating great attraction for domestic and foreign investment capital.
If infrastructure is likened to the circulation system of a city, then strategic traffic axes are major arteries. When the "blood vessel" is opened, the flow of people, capital and commercial activities will naturally concentrate in places with the highest connectivity. Over time, these areas that welcome large traffic flows will become new commercial and service centers.
Phu Quoc is also entering a similar development trajectory. In particular, the South Island - where the APEC conference center complex is located - is expected to become a convergence area for a large number of experts, entrepreneurs, international tourists as well as high-class commercial and service activities.
The Infinity - the artery leading the future trade flow
In the new development structure of Nam Dao, DT. 975 Avenue is considered the "backbone" connecting the International Airport, APEC center and resorts, luxury hotels. After expansion, this route not only expands regional connectivity but is also expected to become one of the most vibrant development axes of Ngoc Island.
Present on the front of DT. 975 road, The Infinity anticipates the potential from that transition process. The project is only about 2 minutes from Bai Truong, Metro station No. 4 is about 5 minutes away and conveniently accessible to important destinations on the island. In front is a bustling boulevard opening up a dynamic development momentum, behind is the green Mey River creating a balance between the vitality of the coastal city and the peaceful ecological quality.

The plus point of The Infinity also comes from being located in Meyhomes Capital Phu Quoc megacity with a system of utility ecosystems, services and existing residential communities. Thanks to this, the project inherits the advantage from the operating urban space, and can soon be exploited, used and used for business instead of having to wait for the entire area to be completed.
On that platform, the limited collection 218 ConnectHome is developed according to a multi-functional orientation, flexibly meeting needs from residence, business, rental to resort. The 3-5-story design with a wide facade from 6.5 - 7.5 m helps each product easily adapt to many different use purposes at each stage of the owner.

As projects serving APEC 2027 are gradually completed, Phu Quoc is expected to enter a new growth cycle, with strategic linkage axes becoming a force to attract investment capital and gather residential communities. In that flow, projects located on key trade axes such as The Infinity will have more room to increase value and welcome the new development momentum of Pearl Island.
