5-star Hospital equipped with advanced AI technology, with 1/3 of the area dedicated to research and diagnosis of Asian medicine
In fact, every year, Vietnam is spending billions of USD on medical examination and treatment activities abroad of Vietnamese people, due to the fact that there are not many medical facilities in the country that are large enough in scale, equipment as well as service standards to meet the needs of specialized treatment and high-end health care.
Contributing to solving that urgent need and realizing the strategy of developing truly valuable products, creating smart sustainable urban areas, synchronous infrastructure, accompanying the Government as well as localities to promote social security issues, on March 21, 2025, Sunshine Group started construction of Sunshine Hospital International at the Noble Palace Tay Thang Long urban area project, with the operating model of a "5-star therapy resort" that maximizes AI technology, on par with famous international hospitals in the region.

Key project in the 5-star "All in One" utility system at Noble Palace Tay Thang Long
The project is being considered the "Hotest" center of the Tay Thang Long Avenue area, with the radial axis being the road connecting the extended Hoang Quoc Viet road that Sunshine started construction in early 2025, along with Ring Routes 4 and 3.5 intersecting Thang Long Avenue, National Highway 32 and Tay Thang Long Avenue, directly connecting to Vo Chi Cong - Tay Ho road, after synchronous completion, it will take less than 15 minutes to move to West Lake.
