On March 3, 2025, the Board of Directors of Sunshine Group approved the policy of receiving the transfer of capital contributions at Kim Thanh Trading Company Limited, leading to Kim Thanh becoming a subsidiary/affiliated company of Sunshine Group.
The Noble Palace Riverside project invested by Kim Thanh will also be in the hands of Sunshine Group, continuing the strategy of expanding the portfolio of "dollar" projects in the comprehensive and synchronous restructuring roadmap of this Group.
Super project of 250 hectares on the Tay Thang Long axis, stretching 11km along the river

Previously, in January 2025, the Board of Directors of Sunshine Group also approved the policy of receiving a share transfer to own capital in a series of real estate companies such as Sunshine Tay Ho Joint Stock Company, DIA Investment Joint Stock Company, wonderland Real Estate Joint Stock Company...
Thereby, Sunshine will take over a series of "billion-dollar" projects invested by these companies, such as: Noble Crystal Tay Ho WorldHotels Residence, Noble Palace Tay Ho, Noble Crystal Long Bien, Noble Palace Long Bien, Noble Palace Garden, Noble Palace Tay Thang Long...
All of these projects have fully completed legal procedures, fulfilled land use tax payment obligations, and are eligible for business, estimated to bring Sunshine Group about more than VND 200,000 billion in revenue in 2025 - 2026 (excluding revenue from the Noble Palace Riverside project, Sunshine Empire and a series of previous projects of Sunshine Group).
Of which, about 60% are low-rise products that have been under construction and will be handed over to customers from June to September 2025, expected to bring Sunshine Group about VND 70,000 billion in revenue and VND 8,000 billion in pre-tax profit in 2025 alone.
This will be a solid space for Sunshine Group to increase resources, continue to expand land funds and project portfolios with transparent legal status, thereby developing a chain of branded projects with real value, not only serving domestic needs but also targeting international customers to attract cash flow to Vietnam, contributing practical values to the national economy in the long term vision.
