Within the framework of strategic cooperation, Vingroup Corporation, Vinhomes Joint Stock Company and Gold, Silver and Gemstone Companies will coordinate to implement a program to support customers to convert idle gold into cash to buy houses, while ensuring the ability to convert back from real estate to gold according to demand.
Specifically, customers who own idle gold sources can choose to convert gold into cash to buy real estate from Vinhomes investors. After 5 years, depending on the profit margin and demand, customers can choose to continue holding houses or receive back an amount equivalent to 110% of the converted gold to buy real estate, which means that customers receive an additional 10% interest on that gold.
100% of the process of converting gold into cash or vice versa, from cash to gold will be through Gold, Silver and Gemstone Companies to ensure the safety of asset value for customers, as well as ensure that gold is legally verified and meets the conditions to be accepted for purchase by Gold, Silver and Gemstone Companies.
The conditions for participating in the program are that customers have owned gold before April 25, 2026, and the value of gold converted into cash needs to reach at least 80% of the house value, the rest can be paid in cash and converted into gold at the time of transaction.
During the program, customers have the right to transfer purchase and sale contracts or houses, and the transferee will inherit this program. Vinhomes and Jewelry Companies will support all related procedures.
The method of converting gold resources to real estate through gold, silver and gemstone companies from Vinhomes is a "twifily profitable" solution - both holding safe assets and not missing investment opportunities. Depending on the profit margin, customers can choose: continue to hold Vinhomes real estate with strong added value; or receive back an amount equivalent to the entire amount of gold traded with 10% of the profit margin.
